About Loominary
Who is behind Loominary?
Loominary is a Portuguese AI automation company, founded by Jorge Ferreira and based in the Porto district. It builds two products: an AI front desk for clinics (Maria, who answers calls, replies on WhatsApp and books appointments 24 hours a day) and SGIF, an intelligent invoice management system for SMEs. It works only in the Portuguese market.
Why does Loominary exist?
Loominary started with a concrete problem: a clinic in Cascais losing appointments because the phone rang with nobody free to answer. The first version of Maria was built for that clinic, MLClinic, and has been answering ever since. What we learned there is what we install in other clinics today.
The second product, SGIF, was born the same way. A construction company in Greater Porto received more than a hundred supplier invoices a month, by email, and somebody had to read them, classify them and pass them to the accountant. We built the system for that company and it has been in production since June 2026.
How do we work?
- Complements, doesn't replace. Maria handles what used to go unanswered. The team remains the face of the clinic.
- Results in euros, not promises. Before installing anything, we measure what is being lost. Afterwards, we measure what was recovered.
- Built for Portugal. European Portuguese, GDPR, the Portuguese tax authority, the management software that exists here. We don't translate foreign software.
- Few clients at a time. We take on 5 new clinics a month, because the founder follows every implementation closely.
